I agree Active, even though I'm a new comer to this stock. I'm confident there having been two offers so far so there must obviously be something attractive rather than just tyre kicking. Also AOW are recommending holders take no action (not that they can until DD is done) until they speak to major holders rather than say they recommend the TO offer (again, not formal as of yet) and are entertaining other offers perhaps. There's no " Holy crap lets take this while we can attitude!"
