From their response to the ASX, they didn't know they were going to cap raise, nor did they know the pricing, quantum or other details on Monday. On Monday, "no capital raising was in process" (their words). It apparently all suddenly happened on Tuesday. What a difference a day makes........
What the ASX should have asked was how long had negotiations/discussions with Maccas been going on for? From the sounds of things they arrived at the office after lunch on Monday and wrapped it all up the next day. Good work!
