Nothing changes with your shares u hold. In the CR the company will prob offer more shares to u depending on how many u hold. As an example for every 3 shares u hold they will offer u 1 at a discount price. Thing to remember is if u don't take up your shares that r offered to u your overall percentage in the company will decrease. So your % will be diluted. IMO.
