    I'm a newbie ... so please don't have a go at me guys :=)

    If HNC subscribed $30 million for 12 million CMR shares, thats $2.50 per share. Wouldn't you think that $2.50 is the value of CMR atm ??

    I can understand HNC gets a bit of a discount, but at $1.70 discount (using today's closing price), thats a bit high isn't it ???
