Det, I finally learned my lesson with my investment in JPR.
My rs is still smouldering from the experience, but I'm not
one to be pre-occupied with the past. The lesson I learned
was the market is always right. Didn't matter that I thought JPR was worth 40c, the market was telling me it
was only worth 12c and I wouldn't listen!
So, in round figures the market AT PRESENT is telling me
that UNX is worth 160m(sp $2.00 X 80,000,000 shares).
How did the market arrive at this value? Well I suggest
it is based on perceived non-JORC reserves. So far as I
can discover the market values perceived reserves at
about $3.50/lb. Therefore 160m / 3.50 = 45,000,000 lbs.
As their resources are proved up by assay results from
the drill bit the value per lb would increase, but grade
would have a significant bearing on any value/lb used.
I suppose what I'm really saying Det is that the market
will tell us what any reasonably good results from TZ
are worth.
