DFD Rhodes sold for 5m shares at 16c and $200K in cash.
They were a private company who sold the tenements to UMC because they obviously felt that they could benefit more via equity participation in an already listed company as opposed to having to go through the process of a possible IPO, or having to do all the exploration work (and therefore fund it all) themselves.
Options that trade at a premium to the heads is always a good sign - indicative of a favourable view on the stock.
