My understanding is the Egyptian government took unexpected full ownership of the tantalum project kicking GIP out of the country resulting in a 90% reduction in shares owned in order to keep the company alive.
Those who owned shares prior to around November last year have also recieved shares in a court case against the Egyptian government hoping for compensation. Alongside with ther EM1 & EM1O shares
The reason I reentered the company was for the potential court case with esports being a nice bonus.
