    Actually it is 6.5% for keno and 7% for VLT, it is reported US$10 bill per month in illegal soccer betting alone from China, just soccer

    So obviously the govt want to control this and make a bit from it, and SSI also want to make something from it. Sports betting and the Olympics, bit of money there I think.
