They CAN'T back date the record date anyway.

It always has to be a future date.

The prospectius will be a simple one - standard format - look at ones like CRJ, ZGM, BYR - all had loyalty options fairly recently.

What I'm more interested in is the timing of the corporate results and /or acquisitions.
Will the loyalty ops come first to REALLY reward the current holders - let hte temporaries out, and THEN give us a yeehaa ann? That's probably 'nicer' to holders than giving loyalty ops to people that buy in after a good ann from now on.
But hey - since when was business 'nice'?!!! lol...
