thank you for the clarification i missed that section, it is good that those options do get adjusted accordingly.
I do not however like 'Resolution 4" approval of company employee incentive scheme. As i believe some key checks and balances will be bypassed and will also open the door to further generous option placement to board/management which in the turn has no benefit to shareholders.
If management have full confidence on the future prospect that they can deliver why dont they scrap 'Resolution 4' and put in place a better performance base scheme i.e. Get the results first and in turn get the pay bonus/ pay rise? when the results have been acheived! Instead of just placing big chunks of options in hope that it will motivate management/board to work harder!
Seriously will an extra 1million/2million option placement make management/board work any harder?
