The Company has issued options to various directors and employees. All such options were issued
on the terms and conditions set out in the Company’s Employee Incentive Scheme. As set out in
those terms and conditions, the number of shares covered by each option agreement will be
reduced by a factor of 5 and the exercise price will be increased by a factor of 5. This adjustment is
in accordance with the requirements of the ASX Listing Rules. Accordingly, the consolidation will
not result in any benefit being provided to the holders of options.
