I meant that other HC members have stated they have also contacted the company previously and have been told that they are still finalising the JV. I remember who it was though.

I'm not sure what else I could get out of his comments. His words were 'the legal wranglings' and 'the various intersting components' it takes to putting together one of these. he didn't actually say it was more involved than they thought.

I should have pressed him for more questions about the estimated timeframe. Does anyone else want to stalk Jon by giving him a call? His no is (08) 9211 1555 haha.

I honestly just hope they pull this off soon because my other stocks are getting slaughtered.
