Stevenjd..I found a previous court case very similar to BMN's and they always have 3 sections of interest.
The third option is to get the license ruled null & void which would directly affect anomaly A.
It wont happen IMO but it has created a good buying opportunity for those who believe there is no basis for Savannahs claims. If this case was to succeed watch the amount of claims come through by smaller companies pushing for court cases on other companies licenses due to the overlapping of license within Namibia. Common sense prevails here.
