    The CEO of CER, at the last briefing (half year) was very clear that CER does not have the trigger liability that CNP has regarding the US investments. The investment in the US, as far as CER is concerned, is limited to CER's investment in those vehicles. This means creditors (the banks)can't extract more than is in those US subsidiary vehicles.
