If the JORC comes out in 2009, and i think 2nd half of 2009, credit markets should have worked themselves out by then.

The biggest issue in 2009 would be the recession of many countries and how long they will go for.

PEN will have issues raising the money, but I am going to have a look at PDN's timeline and see how much they needed to get to where they are when they were under 10c.

Even though times have changed it would be good to get an idea.

Anyone know off the top of their heads?

I dont think the U price dropping so much impacts PEN or other spec stocks who havent mined any U yet. Might have a small indirect impact but nothing too big.
