"In the end Pirra may well just passively sell it's pegmatite to Wildcat next door, avoiding the need for CAI to stump up for a mill. In any case it is looking increasing like SQM will be the main driving force behind a Tabba Tabba Lithium project."
On the other hand, by that stage CAI could be flush with cash and in a strong position to fund Pirra's participation in a Tabba Tabba JV (gaining a larger stake in teh process).
