What are peoples understanding on brt if this loan does not go ahead and we go into VA? Does the company continue to exist minus the selling off of a business/s to raise the appropriate debt for repayment?
ie is this an all or nothing.... or do we live on in some sort of capacity?
Do the Marshmallow guys have a vested interest in this thing remaining in brt's control? Could they renegotiate?
Has anyone spoken to brt? Does anyone know anything?
