    So what next after this legal crap is settled?

    Sell, or mine it?. If thy sell, at what price. The company has to consider that the Russians invested millions not to long ago. And at $2.70 from memory. So at what price, IM sure that the Russians won’t be to happy if SRK sold, and the stock was only worth $1 to a $1.50. I know I won’t be happy. I got in at $2 lol
