I voted no to all resolutions. I was disappointed at how hopper conducted the AGM, whilst conveniently in Europe behind a computer screen (Last time he has been seen or heard)
There was no reason to provide management with the over the top salary's and shares based on the overall performance.
should that change in the next 6 months I will reconsider for this year’s vote.
