All true. The only way we could overcome the above factors is if we attracted a well funded private equity player who could use the weak market value to build a significant stake in the company. As part of that, some of us with large holdings would need to be prepared to sell a significant portion of our holding to the said "activist" player at a sensible entry price say 12 cents per share. There are rules around these sorts of arrangements to protect the integrity of an "informed market" which have to be observed to the letter, none the less, sensible investors are able to transact with like minded fellow investors.
