I am not aware of ATV having any JV gold projects with Acadian.
Touquoy is JV with Moose River Resource & Cochrane Hill with Scorpio Mining.
I do know that they entered in to a Memorandum of Understanding with Acadian (that expired end of March with no agreement) looking at the possibility of using Acadians mill and possibility of combining resources.
To the best of my knowledge they have no other formalised agreements with Acadian-at this time.
