Thanks for clarification...thought I may have missed something in the time that a JV announcement takes to reach us on the other side of the Tasman.
Gutnick and Hawkes I believe have 'history' between them.
I certainly know (based on what I know) which one I would want to be running a company I had shares in.
If someone wants to buy my shares in a takeover that is fine by me....though I am thinking years ahead and many multiples on the share price please.
