    Pandev, I know Hanlong said money is fundamentally not a problem. So why no Term Sheet yet? It could be a problem and the market thinks it might be too.

    There is one issue that this is all about. FUNDING. That is the nut that needs to be cracked.

    Solve FUNDING and you solve most everything.
