This is speculation only as it makes sense to spread the risk as well as reassuring the Africans that there is the financial muscles to proceed in earnest.
I wouldn't rule out Indian interest. It may not be Jindal per se. Could it involve NMDC, Tata...etc. Could Posco having walked away from ARI take a slice ? Could Mitsubishi which now sees Oakajee as a still-born decide to join in ??
I rate Glencore to be high on the list. If it doesn't gobble up Anglo American, the Sundance should be in their cross hairs.
The other parties should be one or more of the entities that have held discussions with Sundance prior to the original SIA.
