Yes, the funds know without them buying retail won't be able to keep the SP above water, so they wait, sit and watch until they feel it is time to get on board. Still some time away from getting revenue, so they can afford to wait it out. While LIS has plenty of cash, the worst thing is for many small caps in this market is when a CR is needed, they engage with funds to raise cash, so they get an early heads up with it happening and retail are non the wiser.
