Having been involved in previous Boards that looked at announcement timing, its generally a no-win subject. fact is with even the best information, "things" happen to undermine any planned timing decision.
In CXY's case, the only things that are going to drive our current market capitalisation are:- a) the end to the obvious selling from one large holder b) the Study due in a few weeks clearly showing how little expenditure there is required to amke this project strongly viable c) the market starts to appreciate how valuable this resource actually is. I saw somewhere, not sure where, that this project will be the "third largest PCI project in Australia", and d) further buyers start to/or continue to buy on market.
After that, timing matters not.
