Mercury, I agree with your calcs. I too get 34.25c sp.
With the macro environment for the industry improving ( japan restarting, U price strengthening, increasing reactors in Asia, political and environmental shift away from carbon polluting energy sources) creates a positive view for the industry. Couple this with PDN improving its balance sheet. I think sentiment for PDN will shift positive and the share price should trade above book value share price if 34.25 cents.
