Markie, I think you said you are shorting so you think PDN is worth definitely < 32c and perhaps < 26c as you are not encouraging takeup? At what U price (all else being equal) would you say PDN is a hold? How do you value PDN pre and post CR? Best I can manage is ~ 37c post (adding a bit over what hopu paid). Hopu are not a charity though - they could also be gaming the whole show but at face value they are holding / accumulating.
