the $50m insto raise component at 26c was for 1 for 2 entitlements according to the original announcement - a large tranche of which is HOPU.
While the follow up release appears to have been incorrectly worded ( PDN clearly needs an investor relations director) - the $50m is just doubling down from groups already set, and also has to be set agauinst the $61m raised @ 42c
the net avg price of the entire raising is 36.5c
