Stagman, have you had a look at the links from Bigmac's last post. In case you have him on ignore it's at:

It refers to BLUE Nightingale (be nice it's Xmas time) taking a 30% stake in NKP South Africa in May 2006. My reading is that BN got a FREE 30% stake in NKP SA in order to become BEE partner in it's projects.

"No cash consideration is to be paid by Blue Nightingale however Nkwe SA is now fully compliant with the equity ownership component of the Broad-Based Socio-Economic Empowerment Charter for the South African Mining Industry..."

Presumably this applies to all future NKP SA projects, not just the De Wildt Project which was being discussed at the time. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
