questionh for kiwi & all non holders, page-4

Its a pretty average question really. I am a holder and I am happy for Kiwi and others to follow any leads possible to make the company realise they have treated shareholders poorly. I made larger and larger investment decisions in NKP after talking with the company multiple times, the problem is they were telling me what I wanted to hear and now I find myself in this situation.

Does anyone really believe that the company will be fined and go into recieveship? I would think it would be the directors themselves that cop it if there is a problem. I mean its the shareholders that have already paid the price for the lack of disclosure, do you think ASIC is going to say "alright NKP has not been up front with shareholders and its cost them, why dont we fine the company so the shareholders get smashed again?"

As a holder Im not sure why some people on here are trying to "protect" the directors? I personally think if there is something that they have done, the best thing would be for them to get a samacked bum. At least then we would be certain of hearing all of the facts about the company in the future.
