Back to the company name and there is the following shown.

As someone pointed out not much before 2006 other than registration in 2005. What has me concerned is.."STATUS HISTORY". Anybody understand because I am Australia.

My sentiment shows "Hold" only because I didn't see "Worried and concerned".
