GAMBIA
FAR is selling 60% of its 80% interest in A2 and A5 to Petronas for 80% payment of exploration of SAMO-1, which is in A2 (an amount up to $45m) and FAR is also receiving a bonus payment of $13.5m if it is govt approved.
SENEGAL
SNE is 15% owned by FAR. If they successfully explore a well by the end of this month at the adjacent Djiffere prospect, they earn a 75% stake of the Djiffere area as a farm-in (seems doubtful?)
