1) Go through the old presentations. They cover costs there. Start with last annual report from memory i think its there. Simple answer is no, its not an issue.
2) refer to point one. In addition do your own calculations considering costs of manual labor x how many houses 1 machine can build per annum. Its been discussed here time and time again but not for a while as the concern doesn't exist for most still hanging around. Infact its why I hold, the building benefits and potential revenue.
3) Dont look at the blocks themselves for this answer but look at what options they are trying to provide for the structure for example lining up holes for electrical, plumbing etc.
I recommend you do some further research, question what you find and do your own analysis afterwards as you may be pleasantly surprised. Speed and realibility is a key factor and I believe they are very close.
