I think it’s 1/3 bond which is very common.
I don’t think it will be very profitable in aus. I remember one of the pivacs saying it’s not as easy as getting a set of plans then building the house, it all needs to be programmed in if I remember correctly, which takes time. So they might be able to lay the bricks in a day or two but u then have to take into account how long it takes to program the plans into it and no one house is the same. I think once they go overseas and pump out houses that are all the same u will then see them making money.
