As there appears to be a pretty broad consensus that management is well below par, you dont need to look beyond the long term share price to see this, shouldnt something be done? I also want to know what can be done?

How can small shareholders group together to force some changes and what changes should be made? Simply getting rid of Peter and the board is not a solution, the company will need new management. How do we get the message through to the management that they are failing us? How do we get the right people to run the company?

As you can see I have more questions than answers but if we start answering them now, maybe the company will be fixed before the end of this calendar year.
