Going to the AGM with a bunch of proxies is really hard work and is playing on the company's terms; most importantly you need the major shareholders - Hunter Hall and Alleron - on side. Good luck.
Smarter to do the following:
Write a letter as a shareholder (give your details) to the chairman, marked 'personal and confidential'. Address it to Dr Jim Fox, chairman, at the Biota address on the website. In it, say whatever you want or simply cut and paste the comments about the management from this site. The point is that all companies take old-fashioned letters from shareholders very seriously and I can almost guarantee it will be passed on to the chairman. Emails, phone calls, and certainly chat site postings don't get through, but a letter will. Having the chairman make a management change is the only way to get things done IMO.
