complex circumstance that may not exist in a small privately own company that does nothing but invest or trade in a few shares.
Circumstance that may ONLY exist if the company is structured correctly in the first place
Not to mention a VERY COMPLEX transaction that most people could not carry out without proffessional advice and help.
A complex transaction that may not be required if your affairs are structured correctly for share trading/investing from the beginning
I suppose it all depends on where someone whats to spend their money, a small amount in getting the right advise on the right structure in the begining
Or a very large amount on advise on how to get their money out of the wrong structure in the future assuming they can get their money out with out paying even more tax.
