I was reading the prospectus tonight

Although the stock is currently at 5.5 c - definitely tree shaking going on

The cap raise is a good deal to access the 10c options in 5 years

If everything going to plan it will be well above 10c

Suppose I want to know if these options will be exercised earlier before 2023

I have not bought options before but I imagine it would be like a cap raise

They also discussed in the prospectus that they could do another cap raise prior to 2023

Is there anyone Else participating in the cap raise and why ?
