Hi Brainfog, I think a video of a memory chip working would be even less impressive than paint drying so you wont get a video but those parameters are all lab proven.
I suggest that you try to find any videos/presentations that include the inventor - James Tour of Rice University - and also do some research on Tour himself. His explanations are helpful and his pedigree will demonstrate that he does not make performance claims that cannot be peer reviewed and tested.
Remember those claims have now not only been verified in a lab but have now also been verified in a fab (XTX). Next step production.
