questions and answers about resolutions 1 2 3

I have never voted before at an EGM. Can someone please explain I want my vote to count...

Firstly,

What is resolution 1 I don't undersatnd it "ratify the issue of shares under the previous placement"

What does this mean? Why do we need to vote for it I thought the company could raise up to 15 % of the number of shares at x price without shareholder approval. What are we exactly voting for here?

Resolution 2 - this is self explanitory and I will be voting against this

Resolution 3 - I am undecided I may even vote against this too. Why the F&*K isn't this done a pro rata basis. Every tool out there is nowcreating new accoutns and buying small parcles of QOL stock to get in on the act?


Resolution 4 (NOT MENTIONED BUT ITS SOMETHING WE CAN DO)

We need to get in contact with Ken Talbot and other large holders. Seriously, I cannont see why they would vote for resolution 2 it does not favour them in any way
