Nickbou - my "whinge" is that having found and researched a company that has great all the attributes & potential you would want in an l/t invetsment, that the directors through a combination of error/disingenuity/inexperience/market misfortune/advisor hi-jacking has lost the confidence of a chunk of its shareholders.
Simple formula: confidence = share price
