Joooles , The co or ASX could answer this .But I think this is a package ie for 72 mill shares , it's not just for 21 mill or 15 percent so they have to get it ratified (approved ) I still think they may not have released the full details of the issue to the market , ie they always release qualifing dates ie ex & cum entitlement dates , i just wonder if there's a problem .Why doesn't someone just ring the co , don't worry , their media contacts monitor this closely .
