I'll be voting against #2. I urge all shareholders to vote no to #2. I'm peeved that after already having made a placement to BBY they would let them load up again and then throw a few crumbs to long time shareholders.
Why not let existing shareholders load up for the full $5K each, or more, and then get BBY to take up the shortfall between what the company wants to raise and what it gets from the $5K placement. Why stick it to shareholders the way they have??
