Also another reason I am suspicious there is more to this than meets the eye , concerns the silence of the top 20 big holders .Why are they silent over the serious dillution of their interests? "Pigs will fly ", if they would stand by & watch their interests reduced by two-thirds without them flexing muscle with the company .That is unless , it's really not in their interests to take another lick at these levels .Food -for -thought!
