Yes, as long as IRR is greater than the cost of finance then the project is worth doing.

This is confirmed by my NPV cals (incl interest costs) which still come out positive.

My research and the figures provided by CRC in their presentation clearly show the project is worthwhile and that there is upside in the SP.

Whether or not there is enough upside for me to invest remains the question. As I would solely be relying on an increase in production or POG to get a minium 5x potential return.
