The reason I asked about NST is that on most measures it has/had an inferior resource and grade at a similar stage but the much higher value was unlocked on getting the mine started.

CRC may never be a 10 bagger and is unsuitable for you, however IMO looking at the NPV to me is quite limiting especially considering NST would probably have slipped through to the keeper at a similar stage.

Anyway the debt funding is getting sorted soon enough and the level of equity required will be set from that.
