what happens if we did vote for this takeover by shandong - for that is what it will be, but then vote down the remuneration approval and this BOD gets thrown out. does that mean that in the following meeting 90 days later or whatever that shandong can simply replace the whole board with directors of their choice. i.e. we effectively get taken over (in terms of board members) within 90 days of the general meeting? i think the remuneration vote comes after the resolution to accept shandong's offer.
