Looking at the report, I personally think there are more negative outcome for the retail investor than the positive outcome if the Shandong deal goes through.
The report clearly mentions that board may plan to buy more businesses with the money as if they are not satisfied with the way they messed up buying crescent gold.
What after 5-6 months of the shandong deal, shandong does a full takeover at say 3.6 cents??

As said by me earlier I am going to vote against the deal and against the management for ignoring share holders and for SP going south. I was talking to few of my friends who hold FML shares and none of them are happy with the deal and would be voting against the deal.

Where is the expert team (everyone know's who I am talking about) who supported this deal.
