I think F&B has said it all. It is all very well and good bagging the BOD and Management, but what is the alternative. When the top players are for the deal, all thoughts are concentrated in that direction. If the deal is vetoed and a spill of the Board, we will go downhill as fast as a rolling stone. Derham has shown that he/she controls 20 mill shares. When OZ Minerals got into trouble someone suggested we declare our holdings and see how many we (HotCopper members ) actually control. I have 4 mill and will be voting yes for certainty!!I think most of the top twenty think the same. M
